A 50% deposit for hunts is required and must be received 10 days from the day of your booking or we cannot guarantee availability. The balance is due on or before arrival for your hunt.

At least a 3 week notice on cancellations is required and only if we book your time slot will you be refunded. We will be happy to reschedule your hunt. Please check your dates carefully before reserving your space. We will have a limited amount of hunters to ensure you a quality hunt and cannot afford to lose dates through misunderstandings.
